The following collection of resources is designed to provide Leaders with the essential tools and guidance necessary to successfully deliver the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.

All Expeditions must be notified to the County Expedition Coordinator and your DC or Responsible Commissioner. County has a digital form for expedition notifications, which can be found here.

Before committing to taking part in a Residential opportunity complete the form found on this page(under ‘Residential’), and pass it to your leader. All Residential activities require pre-approval to ensure they comply with the D of E requirements.

The County has a store of equipment that can be borrowed by Leaders for use on Duke of Edinburgh Expeditions, including 6 Satellite Trackers, rucksacks & colour-coded rucksack covers, various maps, compasses & more.
