Subcamps
Marralympics will consist of 4 subcamps, or given this years theme the subcamps will be known as Olympic Villages. There will be 2 for younger participants, a senior section sub camp, and a staff sub camp. Each village will have its own team of adults making sure the residents of the village(s) have everything they need. Each village will have its own office which will be the source of info throughout camp.
Each of the 4 sub camps will be identifed by a name connected to the Ancient Olympic games and will have a colour asigned to it. This colour which will be one of the colours of the 5 Olympic rings, will form the edging of the camp knecker so members of each village can be easily identified. The names and colours will be:
Younger participants - Sparta, which will be the red village,
Athens, which will be the blue village,
Senior Section - Marathon, the yellow village,
Staff - Olympia, the green village.
Day Visitors will have their own village colour which will be white.
