Marra and the Jubilee
Following the change to the length of camp, the Queen's jubilee celebration will now take place on the Sunday night, not the Monday as origianlly advertised.
Given that the weekend of camp is the Queen's Jubilee it would be wrong not to recognise it at Marra, so on the Sunday evening we will temporarily cast our Marralympics theme to one side!
Sundayevening will be a street party where all groups are encouraged to place their tables/chairs/benches along the streets of their village and celebrate in style, Although not essential groups will be encouraged to 'exchange' participants for the evening meal to encourage particpants to mix. For example if 4 of your unit go elsewhere, 4 new particpants join your group for tea.
